 Arif brings over 15 years of experience in marketing communication, brand management, and business development. Throughout his career, he has built a proven track record of surpassing business goals by implementing effective sales and marketing strategies, while establishing lasting relationships with high-net-worth clients in global markets. Arif’s expertise spans across executive account management, international business development, and cross-cultural communications. Arif holds an MBA with dual concentrations in International Business and International Marketing from Lynn University, where he graduated with a 3.8 GPA. He is recognized for his strong analytic skills, leadership abilities, and a passion for driving successful ventures. His career highlights include founding Horus Consulting in 2015, focusing on foreign investment in South Florida, and managing successful business development projects across multiple industries. Additionally, he has held leadership positions at various organizations, including Blue Vibrance Healthcare Services LLC and Solas Investments LLC, where he continues to expand his impact in the fields of healthcare and investment consulting. As a Managing Partner at 3 Four 5 Builders, Arif has played a key role in the company’s growth, leveraging his expertise in business development and relationship management to forge strategic partnerships and drive the company’s success in the construction sector. Arif's career is characterized by his ability to analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and lead teams toward achieving corporate objectives. In 2019, Arif partnered with Belkis Mirabal and Michael Moss to co-found 3 Four 5 Builders, a dynamic company focused on delivering excellence in both commercial and residential construction projects. Together, the trio brings a complementary set of skills and expertise that fuel the company’s success. Michael, with his deep background in construction, brings technical expertise and hands-on experience managing complex projects. Belkis, leveraging her extensive property management background, ensures smooth operations and client-focused solutions. Arif, with his strong business development acumen and global perspective, drives strategic growth, securing high-value partnerships and managing key relationships. The synergy between Arif, Belkis, and Michael has been the driving force behind 3 Four 5 Builders’ rapid growth. With a deep-rooted passion for helping others and a strong background in real estate, Belkis Mirabal has cultivated a successful career in property management, blending family-driven experience with corporate insights. Growing up in a real estate-driven family, she was introduced to the industry at an early age, gaining hands-on experience initially in court research and document retrieval. This early foundation was further strengthened through roles such as working with a prominent attorney and assisting her sister with real estate transactions for Swire Brickell Realty.

A proud native of South Florida, Belkis studied at Miami Dade College, where she developed a solid academic foundation before pursuing both a Property Management License and a Real Estate License from Gold Coast Schools. While real estate was an essential part of the industry, Belkis soon realized her true passion was providing professional, service-oriented solutions for clients. This insight led her to establish Avantage Property Management in 2015— a company committed to offering customized, solution-driven property management services that clients can rely on.

Having worked in both large corporate firms and smaller private companies, Belkis gained invaluable experience that broadened her understanding of the many facets of property management. She has since focused on delivering unparalleled service, emphasizing efficiency, cost savings, and the meticulous care of each property. Known for her sharp eye for business expansion, budget optimization, and operational excellence, Belkis has saved clients significant amounts of money while ensuring their properties are always managed to the highest standards. Throughout her career, she has fostered long-term relationships built on trust, expertise, and results.

In every project she undertakes, Belkis places her clients' needs first, consistently finding innovative solutions—even in challenging situations where clients may feel there are no options left. Today, she continues to work closely with private clients and friends, providing expert guidance and management solutions that make a lasting impact. This commitment to excellence led her to join forces with Arif and Michael to create 3 Four 5 Builders, where they continue to raise the bar for quality and service in the construction industry.

Founder and CEO, MEM Construction & 3 Four 5 Builders

Michael Moss launched his construction career in 2009, joining a firm with operations in both East Texas and South Florida. During his time there, he gained invaluable experience in light industrial construction, contributing to projects in Beaumont, Port Arthur, and Houston, Texas. In South Florida, he worked in the firm’s marine construction division, specializing in marinas and other marine facilities.

In 2015, Michael earned his Certified General Contractor (CGC) license and founded MEM Construction. Under his leadership, MEM has grown into a multifaceted company with a diverse portfolio. MEM specializes in marine construction, including marinas and other waterfront structures, as well as specialty concrete restoration. The company also provides forensic construction and analysis services to law firms and insurance companies. In addition, MEM offers white-glove construction and restoration services, handling priceless art, architecture, and high-end art installations for renowned events like Art Basel and various known galleries.

As MEM expanded, so did the demand for commercial construction services, leading to the creation of 3 Four 5 Builders. This division has quickly built a strong reputation for its commitment to quality, on-time delivery, and flexible problem-solving. 3 Four 5 Builders has worked with notable clients such as RCC and US Construction to name a few, consistently exceeding expectations and delivering top-tier projects.

In the spirit of growth and collaboration, Michael joined forces with Arif and Belkis to co-found 3 Four 5 Builders as the dedicated commercial arm of their companies. Together, they leverage their collective expertise to tackle large-scale commercial projects, providing innovative solutions, unmatched service, and exceptional results for their clients.
